Blends are brought together to capture the best of 2, 3 or 4 unique coffees or roasts. Blending can be done before or after the roasting process. Blends offer more of a consistency and variety that straight coffee cannot.

After the beans are removed from the roaster they are dark and are lightly covered with droplets of natural oils that have slowly made their way to the surface of the bean giving the cup a full body.
